Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

  • Handle documentation and paperwork related to Singapore business regulations, including bank account openings, company registrations, and compliance procedures.

  • Maintain company records, contracts, and operational documents.

  • Implement and optimize administrative processes using technology.

HR & Finance Support

  • Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records.

  • Handle finance-related tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and coordination with accountants.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and financial regulations.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.

General Operations & Compliance

  • Act as a liaison with government agencies, banks, and service providers for operational matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore’s business regulations, employment laws, and financial policies.

  • Support senior management with strategic planning and execution of operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in office management, admin, HR, finance, or operations—preferably in fintech, startups, or a high-growth environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with banking procedures, corporate finance, and compliance in Singapore.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, HR/finance software, and productivity platforms.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy.
