Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Partnership Manager to lead and manage strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and fintech service providers. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in financial services and a proven track record of cultivating high-impact partnerships in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with banking institutions, payment processors, BaaS providers, and fintech enablers.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and integration scoping.

  • Maintain and grow key partner relationships to unlock new revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Product, Legal, Tech) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing operations with partners.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy.

  • Represent the company at relevant conferences, forums, and networking events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances in banking or fintech.

  • Deep understanding of banking infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, ACH, etc.) and fintech business models (e-wallets, virtual IBANs, crypto-fiat rails, etc.).

  • Strong network within the financial services ecosystem (EMIs, MSBs, PSPs, etc.).

  • Proven ability to manage complex deals and drive projects cross-functionally.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cross-border payments, DeFi/crypto, or embedded finance.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, MAS, FinCEN, etc.).

  • Proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc.) is a plus.
